What is the duration of the free trial period for the hair salon software?
Completely free and with no obligations, you can register to fully test our hair salon management software for a period of 15 days, accessing all features except for the custom application, the SMS/WhatsApp messages and the automatic WhatsApp chatbot.
Can I transfer data from another hair salon software to this system?
Yes, Koibox allows you to easily transfer the customer database, services, and products from any other hair salon software in Excel format. However, previous appointment records, sales history, and appointment scheduling are not transferable in some apps. Contact with us to check if it is possible to export the histories from your current software.
What do I need to do to subscribe to the software after the trial period ends?
After the trial period of the hair salon software ends, you will be directed to a payment screen when trying to access the system. You will need to accept the terms of service, select the package of your choice, and provide your tax and credit card information. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to set up a direct debit payment, which is only available in Spain.
Does the price include technical support and updates?
Yes, the price of all packages of our hair salon software includes access to both technical support and continuous updates, except for the free plan. We offer support both online and by phone from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, Spain time. You can also check your questions in the automatic support chat available 24 hours a day.
Is there any kind of commitment required with this hair salon software?
No, we do not require any commitment if you opt for monthly payment. You can cancel the subscription at any time by sending an email with at least 15 days' notice before the next renewal date.
